Chelsy Harmer, FNP-C, is a dedicated full-time Family Nurse Practitioner proudly serving the Shinnston community Monday through Friday. Since beginning her practice in 2019, Chelsy has been committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life.

With experience in women’s health, primary care, and pediatrics, Chelsy believes healthcare should empower patients to take control of their well-being with confidence and support. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients while providing personalized, evidence-based care.

On the first Wednesday of every month, Chelsy also serves the Fairmont community, bringing her expertise in women’s health services including hormone therapy, IUD placement, and other long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) methods. Her goal is to help women feel heard, informed, and empowered in every phase of their healthcare journey.

Chelsy’s mission is simple: to provide compassionate care that inspires healthier lives, stronger families, and a more confident community.
