📣 Now Hiring: Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant
MVA Health Centers is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Shinnston, WV.
In this role, you'll welcome patients, assist with daily clinic operations, support patient therapies, and help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
✔ Welcome and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude.
✔ Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
✔ Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
✔ Support the chiropractor with patient therapies and office procedures as directed.
✔ Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards.
✔ Monitor and restock office and clinical supplies.
Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required
✔ Healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, or customer service experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Basic computer skills required
