Our PrEP Program offers confidential, comprehensive HIV and STI prevention services in a supportive, judgment-free setting.

PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a daily oral medication that is up to 99% effective at preventing HIV when taken as prescribed. We also offer Doxycycline Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (Doxy-PEP), an oral medication taken after possible exposure that can help reduce the risk of certain sexually transmitted infections, including syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea.

Patients in our program receive personalized care that may include evaluation, laboratory testing, prescriptions, and ongoing follow-up—all available at our clinic locations. Services are 100% confidential, and our care team is committed to providing respectful, affirming support from the first visit through continued care.

Most insurance plans are accepted, and out-of-pocket costs are typically low. Sliding scale discounts may be available for eligible patients who live in our service area and complete a brief application. Please note that sliding scale coverage applies only to services provided at MVA locations.
