Same-Day Care for Established MVA Patients
Need to see a medical provider today but do not have an appointment? Established MVA patients of all ages can receive walk-in care for urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries at our Fairmont Clinic.
No appointment is required, but provider availability and wait times may vary. Calling ahead is recommended, especially later in the day.
When to Use Express Care at the Fairmont Clinic
Express Care may be appropriate for concerns such as:
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Sore throat, fever or ear pain
- Minor infections or rashes
- Minor cuts or burns
- Sprains, strains and other minor injuries
- General medical issues that need urgent attention
Express Care is intended to address your immediate health concern. Follow-up with your regular MVA provider may be recommended.

Important Information
Express Care and walk-in services are available only to established MVA patients. If you are not currently an MVA patient, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your preferred MVA location to ask about establishing care.

Express Care Is Not Emergency Care
