FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIANS (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Description:
Examines and treats members of a family, regardless of age or sex. Ensures proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary. Responsible for office practice, hospital rounds, and on-call work for non-profit community health center and other facilities throughout Marion and Harrison Counties in West Virginia. Frequent evening and weekend call.

Job Requirements:
Must have M.D. degree or foreign degree equivalent; full and unrestricted West Virginia medical license; be BE/BC in Family Medicine.

IT ASSISTANT

Monongahela Valley Association of Health Centers, Inc. is currently looking to fill a full-time position for an IT Technician. This candidate must have excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adhere to policies and procedures. This candidate must have knowledge of computer repair and diagnostics, and also experience with Windows Operating Systems. High school diploma or GED is required. HealthCare experience is a plus. MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

Monongahela Valley Association of Health Centers, Inc. is looking for a creative thinker and problem solver who can manage multiple tasks ranging from scheduling, staffing, marketing, and leadership. The Manager of Operations will fill the role of acting as a liaison between personnel and the executive management team. This candidate will oversee the general functioning of the healthcare facilities day to day operations. Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills. ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE/HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

MVA HealthCare is currently looking to fill a full-time evening shift position of Assistant Maintenance/Housekeeping Supervisor.

Duties will include; directing the operations and maintenance of steam generating, electrical, compressed gases, water, and refrigeration systems to provide uninterrupted service. Develops, schedules, and controls a preventive maintenance program to maintain machinery and equipment in proper working condition. Plans a continual work schedule to maintain a safe and healthy condition on company property in order to achieve the best working conditions possible for all employees, patients, and visitors. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the maintenance, electrical, and mechanical operations. Inspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained. Ensures proper maintenance of facility machinery and building. Maintains inventories of maintenance/housekeeping material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating requisitions for purchase; periodically reviews inventory for proper upkeep of facilities. Recommends, plans and implements equipment needs to improve production efficiency and/or cost reduction procedures. MVA is an EEO employer.
